Partners are assigned a tier corresponding to their level of engagement and demonstrated success in driving contractor use of Clean Heat Connect resources to grow their heat pump business. 25+ Points Platinum

Platinum partners are leaders and champions of the program, demonstrating excellence across every category. They go beyond participation by shaping the program through innovation and collaboration. They set the standard and lead the market.

15–25 Points Gold

Gold partners are highly engaged and reliable. They communicate effectively, participate in trainings, and apply best practices in their operations. By promoting program resources and building strong relationships, they are key drivers of success in their regions and networks.

10–15 Points Silver

Silver partners are steadily engaged and committed to high-quality heat pump adoption. They show clear interest in improving their business and are open to collaboration and feedback. They are growing with the program and helping the market move forward.

5–10 Points Bronze

Bronze partners are new to the program, showing initial interest through events and outreach. They have strong potential to grow their connection and support contractors on their heat pump projects.

Partners are given points based on their engagement with Clean Heat Connect, knowledge of resources available for contractors, use of multiple communication methods, and number of resources that the partner uses to help educate and improve contractor skills.
